1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77ff ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 77ff.io ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, slot machines, specialty games, bonus programmes, and payment services.

Access to and use of the 77ff Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. 2.3 One Account Per Player

2.4 Exclusions

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of 77ff services, you must create a player account by completing the registration form on the Platform. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

77ff operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard industry practice. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other point at our discretion, we may require you to provide copies of:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months).

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77ff accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77ff does not accept third-party payments — the name on the payment method used must match the name on your 77ff account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. 77ff reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on accounts that exhibit irregular activity patterns.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within one to four hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to other supported methods may take up to two business days. 77ff does not charge fees on local mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank card withdrawals may be subject to processing fees charged by the card network, which are outside 77ff's control.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All player balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77ff does not apply conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 77ff offers bonus funds, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by 77ff are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game contribution rates (i.e., the percentage by which bets on certain game types contribute towards clearing the wagering requirement) are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before opting in to any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77ff monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Strategies designed to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging techniques, coordinated multi-account play, or systematic abuse of cashback promotions — constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, 77ff reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any winnings derived from abusive play, and close the account in question.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spin rewards that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. 77ff will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games available on the 77ff Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems used by 77ff's game providers are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically independent of all previous results.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

6.3 Malfunctions

7 Sports Betting

7.1 Bet Placement

Sports bets placed on the 77ff Platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming the wager. 77ff will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where a market is voided in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet. 77ff reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time, including during in-play events, where required by operational or integrity considerations.

7.3 Voided Markets

A betting market may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement; verified evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity; data feed failure; or obvious pricing errors. Where a market is voided, stakes are returned to the player's account balance. Multi-bet selections that include a voided leg will have the voided selection treated as a non-runner, and the multi-bet will be settled on the remaining selections.

7.4 Integrity

77ff is committed to the integrity of sport. Any player found to be in possession of inside information relating to a sporting event, or found to be placing bets in coordination with individuals involved in a sporting event, will have their account closed and winnings voided. 77ff cooperates fully with relevant sporting bodies and law enforcement authorities in relation to sports integrity investigations.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ff Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one player account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for bonus purposes.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77ff staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 77ff

77ff reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where we are required to do so for compliance purposes, or where we determine that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

9.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for cause (i.e., as a result of a Terms violation), any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Deposits made in good faith that are not associated with any Terms violation will be returned to the player via their original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 77ff support team via Live Chat. Any verified funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

12 Limitation of Liability

77ff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 77ff has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77ff will never sell your personal data to third parties. 14 Amendments to These Terms

77ff reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
